We would like the person who is filling out the form to be able to send themselves a copy of the information on the form.
How can we do this?

Setting up a form autoresponder would allow for just that:
The autoresponder will send an email, similar to the form notifications, to the emails address entered in the form by the user filling it out.

Now for the next question that is related.
We want to create a form that our users can fill-in for themselves.
We NEVER want the data from the form to come to ourselves.
We ONLY want the data that they fill-in to go to themselves.
We want to merely provide the format for them to collect their own data.
The question: is it possible to ONLY have the information sent to the user
of the form, and NOT have any of the information sent to us?
