    I am unable to download multiple pdfs from the submissions panel

    I have two forms (Scholarship Application and Recommendation Form) that both have more than 20 submissions. When I try to download them as pdfs, I get a message that they will be downloaded in multiple pdfs. The first 20 comes through perfectly, but then it seems to get stuck. I get a message that it's preparing a pdf file and there is symbol on the main page that says it is generating, but nothing happens past there. 

    Help! Thank you.

    I could not replicate the issue, the groups of 20 started to download:

    It might be related to browsers cache issues, try clearing it. What browser are you using? We recommend using Chrome or Firefox.

    Hi Guys,

    I have the same issue where it is not downloading more than the first 20 submissions of the 45 that are there. It is giving the same message as the first post above. 
    I use Chrome, cleared my cache and the jot form cache as well although this hasn't helped at all. 
    I am using the download PDF function that is located in the lower half of the screen ( next to Excel/CSV) download area.
