My form will not forward to my gmail when someone submits and inquiry and I am not new with jotform so I do not know what I am doing wrong
My information is service@canadauav.ca and that's where I would want it emailed when someone submits the form

Your recipient email was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
It has been added to white-list now. This was caused since the Sender Name is missing in your notification:
(Assign it a field of your form where the user inputs his name)
This should solve the issue. In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
