Our campus is updating its staff directory. We have populated a spreadsheet with each employee's contact information. Data from this spreadsheet will be included in a custom/personalized email that will show employees the info we have on them.
We'd like to include a link in this email that will lead recipients to a JotForm pre-populated with the contact info we have for them, so that they may edit this info or add missing info. Of course, each Jotform would need to be unique. IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE?

You can achieve this using the Unique Question Limit feature of the form.
Here is an example form you can test https://form.jotform.com/60969013703960
I have the Email address as the unique question
No user can use the same email on the form. If a non distinct email address is detected, the form will not submit successfully and will warn the user like this

It is also possible to have a unique data base on a combination of 2 fields (field 1 + field 2 = unique)
Please try my test form https://form.jotform.com/60902475742962
It work like this
Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
