Newly discovered problem: No prompt (in browser popup) requesting the entry of my encryption key, so I have no way of deciphering the entries. This happens, whether I attempt to access the encrypted entries directly through the Jotform platform or through the email notification I received per each entry. I have all ad blockers turned off and I use the Chrome browser, if that helps. Please Help!

    Old message:

I chose encryption for some of my forms by activating it via the preferences - form settings in the toolbar. I thought I was simply initiating added protection for keeping my data from prying eyes in cyberspace or something, not making it difficult for me to read the data. I do not know how to read the data now that the submissions are captured. I do remember a download of a (.key) file, but I do not know how to use this to unscramble this information. I have since gone back into the settings to disable this encryption, but prior to that disabling of the encryption, I have received several submissions that I cannot read, right now. Please help.
