    Order change in fields in the Name column.

    Hi,

    Could you tell me how I can change the order of field in the Name column.

    I want to change it from the default order of "First, Last" to "Last, First."  Seems like I can not change it in default.

    You just need to switch the label by editing them if you want the last name to be the first field.

    Example:

    I can edit the labels as you suggest, but doing so does not change the order of the fields. Screenshot below the situation.  Label was changed, but the field was not changed.

    This leads to confusion when form information is stored in spreadsheet.

    Could you investigate the problem again?

    Actually, changing the sub-label is for the form view only. The ID in your screenshot won't be affected. The inputs are still in its original structure, First to Last input. The suggestion only means that you have to consider that the data has been swapped for your record. 

    If you want, I would suggest using a Text Box field for both First and Last Name fields. Then you can just merge it after in the spreadsheet.
