    Wishbox question

    Asked by Pictorial on March 02, 2012 at 09:08 PM

    Is there a way only show the Wishbox box on the page, when the visitor clicks on a Website Feedback button on my website? Or a way to turn it on and off?

    Thank you

    Okan

    I'm not sure exactly what you mean by turning it on and off, wishbox embed code uses JavaScript and has to be added in a page similar to a feedback button but instead it just captures the existing screen.

    Care to elaborate further on what you wish to do?

    Thanks!

    Sure, sorry.

    So, there is a orange box sitting on the bottom of your page when you have Wishbox "installed"
    right? So I was wondering if there is anyway for visitors to activate that (have the box showing or not) whenever they actually need it, as opposed to the box being there at all times.

    So, essentially I want that orange box to show only when they click on a certain link on my website.

    Is that possible?

    @Pictorial,

    Sorry but that is not possible. The script that displays that tab/button cannot be disabled and reactivated at will.
