Not able to view the advance tab in Preference Settings

    I tried to use form encryption in "preference -> advanced" menu, but tapping the "advanced" tab doesn't navigate me to that menu today.  I once tried it yesterday, and it worked in another form.  Something went wrong to my account today?  I changed browser for chrome, FF, IE, and edge, but situation did not change.

     

    Please investigate the problem.

    Can you please indicate if you are still not able to view the advance tab in the preference settings.

    When reviewing your form, I was able to verify that the form is encrypted.

    Please save the encryption key in a secure place. as if you lose this you will no longer be able to view your submission.
