Monthly submissions inquiry

In pricing, it's said that in the starter plan i could receive 100 monthly submission. Is it only for one form or for all of my forms? 

It is the total number of submissions for all of your forms. So if you have 5 forms that has 20 submissions each, the submission counter will show 100 submissions.
