Why can't I download my encryption key?

encryption key - i tried clicking on the download button and right clicking and it has not worked (see attached pic). can you please help to resolve this. thank you

I tried creating and downloading the encryption key and I was unable to reproduce the issue you are describing. Please try clearing your browser's cache and then try downloading again.
