    Hi,

Please help me figure out why my form doesn't want to submit. I tried cloning it but that still doesn't work??

The form is embedded on a WP site. This is the first form and has never functioned!

I took a look at your website and I see that you use used js embed code when embedding your form https://form.myjotform.com/form/60974072974567 to your WordPress website.

Now, the issue with js embed is that if there are any conflicting codes on the same page, it might not work properly - like allowing submission.

Since I was able to submit the form and had no issues, it suggests to me that it is indeed an issue caused by conflicts.

To resolve this the best way to embed your form is by using the iframe embed code. You can see how to do that here: How to get the jotform iFrame Code

Do of course let us know how it goes and we would be happy to assist if there are any further issues, or if you have any questions.
