    I am no longer getting email notifications sent to me.

    I just did a test on one of my forms and nothing has come thru.  I checked my junk mailbox and to verify that jotforms is not in my block sender list.  It used to work and now it is not working for any of my forms.

    I have checked your account email and I see that it is in the bounce list.

    Looking at the reason this is what I saw reported back to us as the reason for bounce (from your server):

    smtp; 554-mx1.ucr.edu

    While this will now work for you, I do suggest checking out with your IT or email server admin to see what might have caused the email to bounce - especially if it happens again by some chance.

    That way you would know what is needed to be done to avoid the same action from your servers.
