Forms are not forwarding to my email

    I have checked email address that is set as recipient email address of your forms and that email address is in bounce list. Our system gave following result: 

    madolerental@gmail.com is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from aol.com is NOT

    I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.

    You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.

    And this guide how to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.

    Also you should Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.

    Please test your forms and check if you are receiving submissions now.

    After your response it starting working, but not getting emails again?  Please advise.

    I have removed it form bounce list.

    Please contact your email provider and and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist.

    Alternatively, you can use the SMTP method to send your emails with using your server, so you can beat that problem completely.

    To do that, please follow the instructions from How to Setup SMTP for a form page

    I have google email not yahoo?

    Yes you have gmail. I have checked again and your email is not in bounce list anymore, since I removed it yesterday. You should be able to receive submissions now to your email address madolerental@gmail.com

    Also please Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
