Payment submissions have been made, but the PayPal account did not get the same payments

    I have two form submissions with PayPal as the processor of the funds, but I haven't seen the funds deposited to the account set up in PayPal.  Is there a long delay for this to happen?  How long should this take?  is the problem with PayPal or my JotForm?

    I took a look at your form and your submissions and I see that the submission can not be made without any payment and that 2 submissions have indeed been charged for (since they have total and are in completed submissions).

    Since everything seems OK, I only want to mention that the issue might be related to the account that is set up to accept the payments and the account that you are checking. It often happens that we place one account to receive payments (developers account for example during testing) and then when it is placed in live option - available to public - we might forget to change it.

    Since this can happen, I do want to ask you to check the account associated with the email you have set in payment processor tool and if you can still not find the same, do let us know.
