How to remove background image from my form?

Hello, I am trying to remove the background to this premade form but I don't see anything in the custom CSS to remove it. I've tried using global settings and nothing seems to get rid of it. 

Any ideas?

You can remove background image of your form inside of Form Designer. Inside of your form Designer open Background Image tab and click on X mark to remove background image. 

After that your form will look like this.
