    Could you please describe the problem you are having in a little more detail? Are you getting such a message when trying to send emails from the submissions page of your form?

    If so, as described in your previous support thread, outbound emails are limited in order to prevent spam and abuse of our system. With a free account, you can send up to 20 emails from your JotForm account.

    If that was indeed the issue you were having, then please wait for an hour or so for your email counter to reset, and then you should be able to forward some more emails.
