Error with one of the text fields

    Hi there, 

    I'm using jotform as an order form for my online store. However I noticed that orders that came in today didn't come with the customer's shipping address. At first I thought the customer forgot to enter their address but as I tested it out myself (entered all info in all text fields and submitted the form), the data that arrives in my email inbox is still missing the address. Not too sure what technical problem this is. 

    Hope this can be fixed soon.

    This seems to be a weird problem. Can you please check all the properties of the textbox and see if everything is OK. Alternatively, try editing the form and replace the address textbox and see if works.

    I was able to reproduce the same issue you faced. I tried with a new built-in address field and it was not submitted along with the other fields..

    I tried making it a compulsory field and still it did not come through..

    In the notification, the wrong tag is being used for the shipping address. If you click Shipping Address in Form Fields menu on the right of the Compose Email section of the notification, you'll see {shippingAddress} appear in the work area, at the insertion point. Therefore, replacing the current tag ({address9}) with {shippingAddress} should solve the problem. (I don't know how {address9} got there. Perhaps there was an old address field that was deleted.)

    After making the change, click "Finish", save the form, do a test submission and let us know if you see the shipping address in the notification.

    Can you check if you notification email is composed correctly.. The address tag needs to be present to send data in email.. 

    From the Form Builder:

    1) Hit 'Setup & Embed'

    2) Email Alerts

    3) Click the notification email template

    4) Check if your 'Address' field is present in the template.
