I am trying to update a form but cannot save.Page URL:

This is how you form looks like.
I have cloned you form and I was able to add new fields to my cloned form and save it without any issues.
Is the save button not working, when you try to save your form?
Are you still unable to update your form? What are you trying to change on your form?
If you are still unable to update your form, please try with different browser to see if that will resolve your issue.
Also please provide us more details about changes that you are trying to make. If possible provide us a screenshot of your issue.
