Sorry, I have check your form -St Piran's but could not find the inconsistent problem you mentioned above. Can you please let us know the specific field where it happens or is it a different form?

I have also checked it myself and see the problem has gone away. Am I right is saying that I need time for servers to update when I make changes? or do some things get caught up in cache? I sometimes have noticed my changes haven't taken effect and the previous change has got stuck. I am pleased to say however it is now working. Thank you.

We are glad to hear that your form is working correctly now.
Unfortunately sometimes there is a delay when form is updated. Changes that are made in Form builder are not shown on live form. Yesterday there was a delay in the EU servers, but our developers have resolve this issue quickly. However this is not happening often.
