Form changes made without my doing

Hi guys,

Have you encountered forms being edited without a user doing so? Just experienced one of forms being severely modified and I'm the only one with the login info and did not make the changes.

Fortunately I was able to revert it to the proper edition but curious as to this.

I believe that hasn't happened to our other users. If the appearance of the form was the only change, then there might be a glitch that prevented the css design from being applied, which was fixed by reverting the form to a previous version. Or perhaps some fields were not loaded in the Form Builder that caused the form to appear different.

Please try clearing your form cache to prevent this issue from happening again. Here's how:

I would also suggest changing your password just to make sure no other person can access it.
