    Thank you for updating us and we are glad to know that everything works now. The issue you have encountered earlier may be caused by script conflict between the scripts on your website and the scripts on your form. Using the iframe embed code is a good way to prevent conflicts between scripts. We will sure advise other users to do the same if they encounter the same issue.
