I found only your guest account, when I checked email address you used to post this thread and there are no forms on that account. Also I did not found any data when I checked same email address inside of your email log.
Please provide us ID of your form which is not sending Notifications, once the form is submitted. You can also provide us username of your account or email address that is set as recipient email of your email Notification.

I also have the similar problem. Only in my case I built 2 forms. And form no1 is receiving email notification successfully but form no2 is not receiving notifications. And Im using same email.
I tried to change different email address in form no2. And the notification was working correctly. But if I use the same email, I didnt received the notification.
Do I have to use different email for different form?

@binnurdin, you can use same email address in both the forms.
I have checked the email log of our system, and system successfully sent all email notifications to your both the email addresses. Probably those emails should be in your JUNK or SPAM Folder.
I would suggest you to, white-list our Jotmails ip addresses and domains. Or ask your email service provider to do it.
