Can you show me how in a video?

my thank you page has additional fields as well as the fields they already filled out and I would like to have that filled out automatically for them..this way they might actually fill out the form more.

this is the thank you page..I think I will have to redo the form so that it is jotform form, but I will only do that if I knwo I can actually get the information over from the first form.

    THANKS!

to get to the jotform, you have to go to my home page and then under the menu resource > what your home worth , it will trigger a pop up that displays - the form <<What's Your Home Worth? GOOD FORM!!>>

And you see it redirects to http://carolinasuccessteam.com/price-my-home/,

    Thank you.

You don't need to use a send post data to achieve this in the form. If you will be changing the Gravity form to Jotform, you can use our prepopulation method.

Here's our complete guide on how to pass one form data to another: https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-automatically-pass-form-data-to-another-form

Let us know if you have any further questions with regards to this or if you need help with it.

We're so sorry, but we don't have. If you have troubles following the guide, let us know the form URL's and let us know what fields to pass. Please be specific of the form fields.
