For the package that costs $19 per month, I need clarification on the number of responses allowed per survey. Is 1000 responses per month for all surveys for the month. So if I have 5 surveys then total responses should equal 1000? If it goes beyond, will I receive an alert that am sometime before exceeding it informing that am nearing my quota, will it automatically upgrade, or do I get penalized? How much is the penalty for having more than 1000 responses? Does the 10GB accrue per month if I don't use the full 10GB?

For the limit: It's the total from all forms you have. It's not per form.
Email Alert: When 90% of your submissions are consumed, our system will automatically email you about it. The link to upgrade is also included in the form email.
When the limit is reached: When you are out of submissions limit, your forms will be temporarily disabled until the next monthly reset schedule (00 EST) or until you will upgrade your account to the next plan. Our system will also set your account status to OVERLIMIT from Active. When forms are disabled, no users will be able to submit it.
File Storage limit: This is a fixed limit, not monthly. This is for the entire account, not per form. If you'll reach this limit, the same thing will happen, your forms will be temporarily disabled. You can free up your file storage by deleting submissions with file uploads in it. Just please make sure to download the submissions and file(s) first before deleting them. We don't keep a backup so once you delete a submissions/files, there is no way you can recover it later.
You can integrate your form(s) to Dropbox, Google Drive or Box. This way, the files will be automatically backed up.
