hello, when I put my mail to receive tickets automatically added one more name to the mail and the mail that makes this wrong and the message does not reach its destination

The test email will always be sent to the default email address associated with your account. This is currently set to "email@example.com". You can change the default address associated with your account from your account setting page. If you are trying to change the email address your notifications are sent to please refer to our user guide:
To test a new recipient, you would need to send a submission through the form.
