I have a client she has a paid account. She has a travel agency.

We would like to create a condition on the form.

Where we ask - Do you want travel insurance. If people decline No, we would like an email document sent to them separately if they decline travel insurance. This is only for those that decline. travel insurance.

Of course we would still like them to get a confirmation and a copy  of what they filled, but again if they decline and do not want travel insurance a separate document email sent after submission. What is the best way to do this condition.

    Thanks!

Yes, this is possible, I presume that for the email confirmation you are using an auto-responder, and to achieve what you want you may use either an auto-responder or an email notification.

Then you will need to create the condition, the same as you have provided, this will trigger that email only if the answer to the specified question is "No".

Take a look on this guide, there you will find detailed information about this and how to achieve it: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-Selection

    Hope this will help you.
