When I want to preview my form, it says: "this form is disabled."

It just recently happened. I saved my form and clicked preview.
It just says:

Form not found
This form is disabled.

I think it might be because I added a 'Server' field in my form.
But why would you block that? It is a multiple choice question on what server, Free Flight, Playground or Advanced, pilots of Infinite Flight have flown. I think it should be activated again because now the form is unusable.

I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. I have verified your forms and they seem to be normal and clean. I have activated your account and you should be able to see your forms now. Sorry for the trouble caused.
