We are not getting email notifications

    We recently stopped receiving email notification for leads and

    they are also not integrating with Zoho CRM (as of a few hours ago).

    The email recipient of the notification is not in the bounce list. Based on the mail logs, the submissions were sent successfully. Here's a screenshot:

    I checked the 2 notifications and I can see that it is configured properly. Please check your spam or junk folders. Also, please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
