Decryption Issues

I encrypted my form and received nearly 40 submissions, then could not find my key. I decrypted the form to make future submissions unencrypted. I have now found the key but when I click on the submission lock it does not prompt me to enter key. Please advise.

    Hello dignity14,

Upon checking your form, it appears that the encryption has been disabled. Is it possible that along the way where you were trying to look for the key and found it, you had changed the data encryption of your form?  Perhaps you can try again encrypting and make sure that you manage to get a key properly. If it again removes the encryption setting of your form, please do let us know.

    Thanks.

I do not need encryption any more. I just want to be able to use the encrytion key I have found to open submitted forms. BUT the forms do not prompt me to upload encryption key as they did earlier.

If the submissions were made when the form was encrypted, you will need to enable the encryption on the form to view them.

Set 'Encrypt Form Data' to yes and choose 'I will use my existing keys'. You should be able to view all submissions.

    Applied successfully. Thanks for everything.
