We recently found your account email on the blocked list also (which was now fixed), it could be possible that the blocked email was causing the problem on the Zoho integration of your form earlier. Can you please retry again at this time if the integration wll now work.
If issue remains please provide more details on how it was not working.
It woul help us in determining the caused if you can at least provide us with some details (i.e. error message)
