    We currently do not offer live support via phone. You can just use our Support Forum for the assistance you need, and we will respond to your concern as soon as possible.

    You can also send to us your concern via email at support@jotform.com if its not too urgent.

    I am a business here, and it is very frustrating not getting any response from the business you are paying membership for their services.  I had sent them 2 messages already, and it is very akward they had been better at customer service in the past, but since i am looking at their posts, I am not the only one, it seems they are either selling the company or going out of business (lol)

    The link below provided below was used for fraud.  This person collected my information about job offer (social security) and I was told the individual does not work with Upwork or Express Writer. If you have access please delete my information sent in on 03/08/17 in Caroline Knight's name. I have filed a report with FBI. Please contact me at 757-647-9065 or arieva2002@hotmail.com.

    how can i retrieve our job applications from out our website. we are your customer. Isn't it suppose to be sending to our email when applicant clicked send application?
