I'm getting a lot of complains lately cause many people try to submit after filling my forms but they never reach the thank you page (And actually the mail doesn't end up in mailchimp).

and check if there something wrong about it after you fill the form?
The majority of people had this problem with chrome on windows.

I test your form, and there was no problem:
I used W8.1 and Chrome browser, I was redirected to the URL of the webpage you have setup as your thank you page.
That's really weird cause it works for me too, but I received a lot of complains.
So I checked in my hotjar account, where I can record all the visits and as you can see from these 3 examples below (all using jotforms) the button says "Submitting" but they've never been redirected to the thank you page, and their emails didn't end up in mailchimp.
But I have a lot of examples like these ones...
I checked your website link and was able to submit without any problems just like my colleague.
However, I noticed that you are not embedding the form using our embed codes. It seems like you are using directly the action link https://submit.jotformeu.com/submit/60855995495375/ and using POST method to submit the data?
I strongly advise that you use our embed codes, the reason for this is that using the direct submit link and stripping some of our script codes might prompt or alert our system that the submission is a spam, which might be the reason why some of your users are unable to submit correctly.
Please use our embed codes under the "Publish" wizard.
If you need to redesign the form to match your website, you can simply do that using our Form Designer Tool, if you already have a working CSS code, you can also paste it directly under the CSS tab in your Form Designer.
Let us know if that resolves the problem.
