    My form does not appear in windows 9 (no tech at MS can see it or pull it up).

    I am going back and fouth between you, Microsoft, and WIX. Microsft Tech Support said they cannot diagnose my issue because the form simply won't appear in Windows version 9. MS Tech support and Tech support at WIX said the problem is most likely a hosting issue with Jotform. I have opened 10 tickets with Micrsoft and they keep blaming Jotform. They also stated that i'm not the only company experienceing this issue with Jotform.

    I really need t solve this problem. Can someone call me Monday at my office? My number is: 310-530-8627. This issues has cost me over $3,500.00 in lost revenue.

    First off, thank you for using JotForm.

    Let me please inform you that we don't do phone support at this moment. However, you can post your concerns here on our Support Forum to get better advices from different support members.

    Honestly, I'm a bit unclear on "Windows 9" in your question, maybe what you mean here is Internet Explorer 9?

    If that's what you really mean for, then, here's a result after testing your Wix website on IE9, running on WinXP:

    Yes, it's perfectly working on my side. I have also made a sample submission and its working great, as always.

    If this problem is still persisting on your side, please provide us some screens and we'll take a look deeper into this.
