How to adjust time picker on form?

    Merhaba, şuan saatler 1,2,3,4,.. şeklinde ama biz dakikalardaki gibi 01,02,03,04... şeklinde kullanmak istiyoruz bu mümkün mü?

    For that particular date and time field, unfortunately, it is not possible to adjust the time to be 0,1,2,3 instead of 00,01,02,03.

    For time you could maybe use Time picker widget, and turn off time section in date and time field:
