Submission Get PDF Customizing or formatting now have error strange view

    while trying to do some formatting & layout placement of the fields and photos,

    ...in the Submissions --> Get PDF --> customize PDF tool ..

    seems the GUI is a little strange , seems not working well or properly.

     

    as per attached screenshot, the photos are extremely over-sized, and difficult to do placements.

    Hi Adrian,

    Unfortunately our PDF Design tool is still on beta stage and currenlty not yet polished. Some strange, quircky issue might still occur when using it.

    What you can try first is to reset the tool. Use the Reset button on the far right on top when in the designer.

    Do not save after resetting. Simply close the PDF Design tool and then test again the Get PDF tool. See if the reset pdf will now display the images properly.
