Date field freezing up the browser

    We recently received the following e-mail from someone attempting to use our events form (Wines Northwest Events Submission Form).

    "We have recently submitted events to your on-line calendar/portal, but I've been having extreme difficulty with your URL calendar widget. I can't seem to select or input the correct dates for our up-coming events. It's also causing my web browser to freeze up when I try to do so." They are using a Macintosh, though we have never received any feedback explaining difficulties using the form and we continue to receive submissions since then.

    Do you have any suggestions?  Thank you.

    I've checked your JotForm and it seems that that the date field is working fine without any issue. The date field is a basic field without having any extra styles and should work with almost any browser. However, sometimes it may happen with the conflicts of the scripts. I've checked your webpage and see that the form is embedded using normal Javascript embed method. If you continue to see such issues, please re-embed the form using iframe embed method and see if that works. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with getting the iframe embed code for your JotForm.

    Kiran, thank you for your quick response. We will keep an eye on the form and use your suggestion if the problem persists.
