I get this error message when I try to post another entry.
However, I guess the check is not activated because I didn't choose "check cookies" or "check cookies and IP", the opposite: it's "Not check" but this error remains.
Help me plz!

I cloned your form and noticed that a Unique Question was added to the form.
The field CPF was set as the Unique Question, so if the same value as the previous submissions was entered in the CPF field, then you will get the message "Multiple submissions are disabled for this form".
To resolve the issue, please remove the CPF from the Unique Question option and set it as No Check.
