How to add weight-based shipping integrationAsked by Jasonbhuffman on April 11, 2016 at 05:02 AM
I have created the weight-based shipping integration by setting the weight-based postal fees in my PayPal account, then using the form builder wizard to calculate weight-based shipping by designating weight values for each item. The problem is that the figures we set up in PayPal are not showing up on our orders. Random numbers seem to be showing up. They are close to real shipping costs, but not enough to cover our expenses. How can we fix this?

I've checked your form. It seems you need to also set the shipping weight values on your JotForm account as well.
In addition to that, you could also check the tutorial below for more information.

I had them set. I deleted them because I was afraid they were being
overridden by the cost-based part of the wizard. We opted to go with a $5
flat rate anyway, so I won't be needing shipping integration through PayPal.
I am glad to know that you have found another alternative for your concern. I understand that you have set the shipping cost to a flat rate of $5, so you no longer need to set the shipping weight values on your form. If you have any other concerns, feel free to contact us again. Cheers.
