I've just found another issue with encoding of Cyrillic files name in downloaded archive.. Should I open new thread for this?
Could you please give us a screenshot or a copy past of what should be and what is happening?
Once we can see the issue we would be happy to try to recreate it and raise it up to our developers to resolve the same.
Here is problem.
have a look into next form. It has three files uploaded with submission.
If I try to download submission files, it convert Cyrillic file names into something unreadable.
There was similar issue with e-mail, and excel imports (https://www.jotform.com/answers/709363-Unable-to-open-uploaded-files-inside-of-email-Notification-when-uploaded-files-contain-Cyrillic-characters-or-spaces-within-file-name#3) , which was fixed.
But part of the code related to upload remain nonworking.
Apologies for the inconvenience. I was able to replicate the problem by downloading your file uploads using the "Download All Uploads" button in the submissions page.
I have forwarded this to our developers to have it checked and fixed. We will update you as soon as this has been resolved.

I tested again this issue and it is still present on your form. I checked the status of the bug report, but unfortunately it remains "opened" or unresolved in our end. I will notify the developer assigned on this bug and inform you as soon as we hear news.
