Why the form I created does appear to get stuck on the please wait?

    Hi, 
    I created a form, well an updated form. Lately, customers have commented if I have received the form. Today, I tried both mobile and on the laptop to submit. It seems to get hung up on the please wait after submitting the form. 

     

    Please help.

    I checked your website and noticed the same, when I clicked on the submit button it gets stuck on "Please wait..." and the form will not be submitted.

    I also noticed that you are using the iFrame embed method, I think that this may be causing the issue, I would suggest you to use the Javascript embed method instead, you will find the steps to get it on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page.
