I checked your email address mike@le****par*n*rs.com and you do not have a registered account on us. I see you are on a guest account with a form titled "Message Contact Form".
I am also not sure if I understand your concern correctly, do you mean that you would like to get the submissions filtered based on a date from your forms? If so, please provide us the form and/or the username of your JotForm account.
OR perhaps are you a user who submitted a form and would like to review it? If that is the case, please contact the person who gave you the form or the website where you completed the form. We are a form builder that lets user create their own forms to help collect information easier.

If would be best to give us the username or email of your JotForm account, or the form link so that we can check further.
I check the domain ledoempartners.com in our database, I see there's an account with username rooshy which has an email email@example.com. Is that your account? If so, you can simply log in to that and view your submissions page. To view your submissions, you can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions
To filter the list of submissions, you can simply change the "Time Frame" under the gear icon (shown by the screenshot below).
After changing it, you'll see the submissions in the grid list report below that it is now filtered:
You could also create different reports of your submissions. You can check this guide to learn more about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/326-How-To-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm.
We also have a Google Spreadsheet integration that allows you to get your submissions in your Google Spreadsheet in real-time. That would help you more when managing your submission data.
