Our email again has been added to the block list. Why is this happening? I looked over what I was sent last time and thought i was good.

As I check your email address, I see that it is in our bounce list again with the following reason.
5.7.9 Message not accepted for policy reasons
The email address will be added to our bounce list when the emails are not delivered to the addressed repeatedly due to any reason. It seems that you are using Yahoo mail server with your domain. Please refer to the KB article below from Yahoo with more information on the error message.
You may try whitelisting JotForm's email addresses and IP address to see if that helps. Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.
