A prospect filled out the questionnaire then couldn't submit because the SEND button was no longer there. I don't know how to set it up to come to my inbox. And, where could the SEND button have gone?Page URL:

I have checked your form and there is not a submit button, seems like you deleted it or it was removed by mistake.
You are able to add the submit button again, you will find it under the Form Tools while on the Form Builder:

I was able to follow your instructions, but it disappeared again. I re-did it with the hope it stays. I don't believe it's possible for me to accidentally delete it on the form. Could there be a glitch in the system?

I took a look at your form https://form.jotform.com/60704605779159 and it seems that the submit button is there.
There should not be any issues where the submit button gets removed, but we would be happy to monitor for the same. Also do let us know if it happens again by some chance.
