    My form is not submitting anything when I try it, but the test emails work. What's going wrong?

    I put the form on my website, and it worked fine once. The form led me to a captcha on a separate page, then said it "Thank you" on the successful submission page. After this I went to edit the form and change it so it kept people on the page still. After this the form would not work. I tried to change it back to orginal settings, but the form has not worked since. I have tried cloning, and even making a new form and nothing will submit even though test emails work, and the form will submit off jotform.com itself.

    I have checked the link that you provided and I was unable to find a JotForm embedded on it; however, I checked your account and checked at least two email addresses that you are using there. 

    The log shows that emails are being sent from JotForm, these email addresses are not in our bounce list. 

    You are able to check the email history for your email addresses by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

    sometimes an email address is added to our bounce list, then you stop receiving emails from your submissions, you may check and remove an email address from our bounce list by following the steps on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-lists

    If you find an email in our bounce list, then take a look on this link, you will find the steps to avoid bouncing: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Setup-Email-Alerts-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

    If this is still happening then you should ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    But, white-listing will work only if you are using our default sender email addresses. 

    Also, if the issue still continues, please provide us the correct link where you embedded your form, we will check it further and find what is causing the issue.
