    Hi Faith,

If you will delete the form that you have created, of course you will lose all the previous submissions on it; otherwise, it will be there whenever you need it, not unless you have reached the quota for your account. For free accounts, you will be able to get 100 form submissions in a month. Please check this link for your reference:

Jotform servers are up 99% of the time but like other servers, they are also doing upgrades and maintenance. However, you can make sure that all the form submission will reach you and that information will be kept private. Please be informed that the company does not claim ownership of any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials you submit or make available for inclusion on or through the JotForm Service ("Forms and Submissions").

For detailed information regarding Jotform's Terms of Use, you may check here:

    Hope that helps :)

JotForm is designed to handle thousands of submissions per second, we are running on multiple servers and have a load balancer once one server goes down JotForm will still run on another server. As for the emails we use several mail providers to ensure that notifications are sent out. We can also look into the mail logs to see if the mails are accepted by your provider.

Let us know if you have further questions.
