Form keeps reloading same information previously submitted when using a galaxy 5s, tried clearing browser cache, tried restarting phone, Uninstalled browser and reinstalled. Computer works fine only problem is with mobile, tried on multiple phones.Page URL:

I'm having the same exact problem on my MacBook Air. Here's my form. I tried to "DISABLE" autofill preferences but it wont save the change and continuually re-loads the last form completed.
Help Jotform! please!

Thank you for reporting this matter to us, acase and crescendofoundation. According to my colleague, this is now fixed. Can you please try changing your autofill settings again to longer intervals of saving and try making a submission again if it still loads an old submission?
