The notification email alert does not display all fields.

    I'm trying to edit the notifications I receive when someone places a t-shirt order on my T-shirt Order Form. But...the fields keep getting trumped by the original fields with "FCC Call Sign" "Position" "Special Requests" rather than what I need. Could you help me with this? Thanks!!

    Hello royalfamilycos,

    It seems the notification email alert of your form is edited and that is the reason why it is not displaying the updated form fields. You will have to manually add the form fields in email alert.

    The best way to solve this problem is to delete the existing email alert and add a new one. Please be noted that when you add a new email alert, it will always display all the form fields. The following guide should help you:
