    We have an account with you, but the previous marketing person has left the company and we don't have logins.

    Hi Helen,

    It seems that the email lbrown@gohealthclubs.com.au  is a company email.

    So the company can at least have access to it?

    We can reset the password for the username gohealthclubs   

    The password reset instruction will be sent to the account/username email mentioned.

    We can change the email account to another email but we need proof that the person requesting the update/change have proper authority on the account. I can see that your email domain is similar to the previous person's email but this is not enough though for us to comply on the requested change.

    Perhaps you can also contact the previous person that manage this account and instruct them to contact us here and proceed with the delegation of the account.

    As mentioned he has left and his emails have been shut down.
    Can we please request a new login?
    We won't be re installing his email just to access this account.
    I would appreciate your help hence why we have written to you once trying all other avenues.
    This is our last try.

    Thank you for the quick reply. Since the previous account email was already shutdown, we can replace the jotform account email to yours then.

    Since you have the same domain email, it should be enough. We will just do the adjustment if the original account owner came out and claim.

    Please provide us the new account email you wanted the account/username  gohealthclubs    be transferred to.

    I have now changed the account email to hthompson@gohealthclubs.com.au for the username gohealthclubs

    I have also sent a password reset to the email. You should be able to reset the password and login to the account.

    Thank you. I have created a form called Refund Form but it keeps saying that it has been disabled. Can you please assist me in why this is happening and how I can fix it?
