How can i get all visitor data of submitted form?

I am add jot form in my facebook page but how can i get all visitor data of thease forms

If you want to receive data to your email address, once you users submit your form, you need to set email Notification. Inside of this guide you can find how to set email Notification:

If you want that your users also receive email with submitted data, then you need to create a form Autoresponder email.
