    Hello vikramvn,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to populate your form fields with the values form google spreadsheet?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to achieve this. It is not possible to read data form any external source or previous submissions you have received in form.

    Hope this answers your question.

Do get back to us if you mean to ask something else.

    Thank you!

It is possible to import the data to your submissions panel - not to the form itself.

What that means is that if you have Google Sheet, you could download it as Excel file and then upload it to your form. This would allow you to consolidate all data in one place.

That will then allow you to view that data together with the submitted data on your form.

What my colleague meant is that you would not be able to load the data from Google Sheet to your form in a sense of pre-filling the fields.

    Hope that this helps.

To do the similar task, you can use the "Gift Registry" widget, this one will allow you to define the number of the items in the list; but it is not working real time with your spreadsheet, you need to enter the values manually and also, the changes are not applied to your spreadsheet. Only on your form, the stock is going to decrease.

To sum up, your users will understand the stock status on your form; but the changes won't applied to your spreadsheet. For further assistance, please do let us know.

    Regards.
